It is the default one for the winter season. I'm not sure how long it will stick around but it will stay as long as you don't refresh your horse's picture!

I've never done it before, but I think there are two divisions, one for under 100k hbs, and then one where you can spend real money. Maybe you could just enter the one for hbs only?
