You can get a non lethal foal :)
So long as the foal gets no copies of frame or only 1 copy :D

Het Frame x Het Frame = 1/4 chance Lethal Hom Frame foal, 2/4 chance Het Frame Foal, 1/4 chance no Frame foal.

If a foal gets two frame genes it will always die, no matter what the white factor is.

The other KIT gene combinations are more dependent on how much white you actually get, but crosses like W1 x W1 pretty much always have too much white if foal gets both W1 genes

Here it is in simple terms horses with the frame gene on the first O example O/wO can't be bred with O/wO but they can be bred with a horse with the frame gene on the second O example OO/w
The pair you bred will always be lethal together.

These 2 will be lethal together

And please remember Freaky Friday’s are homozygous Frame if they haven’t been GMTd to remove it! All of their foals will carry Frame, and breeding them to another Freaky Friday will always give you a Lethal Foal. Yes, I’ve made this error. It HURTS.
