Well, I would guess, based on my peek at what the link revealed, that it's based on the tradition of the Advent Calendar, which has little windows to be opened every day for the 24 days before Christmas, in the Christian tradition. Behind each window there may be a special picture or a Bible verse or some cheery greeting.

If this is the case, probably, once December starts, the numbered squares will be activated in order and each will reveal something special for us from Ammit. I think that the spelling "LaZer" references something in contemporary culture, but I don't know what it refers to.

Won't help you. All the info is locked based on server time even if your local time will let you open the door early you won't learn anything.

Our advent calendars also include little goodies, like chocolates, candy, small toys or trinkets, for any children present.

I think (or can dream anyway) that it has something to do with that lightning looking horse on Facebook. :) Maybe another new gene? A laser gene? Or a tack pack?

I love Advent Calendars. I have 2 now. One here and one that's wine. I'm having a hard time not opening the wine one... =))

I'm wondering if the Advent calendar will have the RS HHs inside the doors instead of just on the create page. :P otherwise Ammit will spoil us with all the goodies. :D
But yeah, the Lazer/lightning axiom horse on Facebook makes me think the big day or so will reveal a new gene. :D maybe solstice? Or maybe she'll introduce a new Lazer Tag event where we go around finding things or sending straws and gifts to people. :P

I think it will be SHH or RS HH each day with maybe the new LaZer some where in the calender. Maybe a special on some of the things we already have on the game. Ammit you are so good to us! Merry Christmas!

Ooohhh..l wonder if the new Ice (if there is a new Ice this year) is a LaZer Ice? Hmmm....so maybe silver instead of black or white or rainbow? Or sort of stripy like snowflakes falling at an angle in the wind?

There’s an Electronica group that comes up when I google it. They have just named 3 ponies for me. diplo, Jillionaire and Walshy Fire sounds like great names to me!

If anyone is staying up late to open it the moment the nightly rollover opens up, don't bother. The regular card pops up at midnight, but at 12:10, it switches over to the monthly rollover card that holds you out until 4am game time. :)
Buuuuut I'm so excited! :D The minute the clock strikes 12 I just might hit the Christmas Spotify playlist. :3

apparently it can already be opened, but we don't know if something should happen or not. Go check it out. Text shows up where people ahead of us in time zones couldn't see text but could open the door. But you have a test at 7!! Go sleep, that's more important than studying at this point. Seriously, even if you're studying for that test, bad sleep will impair your recall enough that staying up will be wasted. :)

For some reason my tablet won't open it. Is it the winter wonderland tack pack that is behind the door? Because I can find that one.

The text in the calendar is working for me. I certainly am enjoying checking on all of my young horses to see how they have changed this month ; )

@Hyborian, we had two winter tack packs several years ago (WCT and Winter Wonderland). What tack pack can you see?

I managed to open the window and I saw what we should get (I don't tell you as I don't want to spoil the surprise for you). Anyway, that thing doesn't work.

The door can only be opened once it turns orange and that is based on YOUR computers clock. The items behind the doors show up based on game time.

You have to buy the tack pack in the iv shopping to get them. The new tack will automatically be added to it I'm guessing.
