It has happened with me occasionally. I just rerolled the image until it got back to where I wanted it. I am not sure if anything else will make it revert back to the original image besides rerolling.Thanked by 1KAMRanch

Her image was from before rainbow riot genes where added. That addition changed seed generation. You will have to reroll if you want to change her image seed.
I re-rolled her once for you to put some white back on her.
Images are never guaranteed not to change in this game.
