Welcome to the 2017 HJ2 Secret Santa
How it works!
There are two groups to choose from; Under 100k, and Over 100k worth of gifts. Pick the group that best fits your financial status. The person whose name you receive will be from the same group you signed up for.
You can enter both under 100k AND over 100k, if you want, just fill out 2 separate entry forms.
Submit your entries anytime between December 1st and December 14th.
On December 16th the elves will send you a PM with the name and ID# of the person you will be giving gifts to, and that persons’ wish list.
Between December 23rd and 25th you can send a PM to your gift recipient and let them know what you have for them! Anonymous gifts may be sent any time after December 20th.

Reminders:
Do you have any members blocked from viewing your barns? If so, you may need to unblock those barns for Secret Santa. It’s the Christmas season, the time of year to put aside any differences!
Do you have any brothers, sisters, spouses or other family members that that play the game. If so, tell us your family members’ forum name on the entry form. The ONLY exceptions made to a random draw for SS will be for family members.
Would you be willing to be a last minute back up SS, if needed? You would not get your SS name until closer to December 23, in the event someone drops out, or is unable to participate at the last minute.

How to give anonymous gifts
(only available if you have an online payment account like PayPal)
Go to the Upgrades link on the menu on the left side of your game screen
Select the Upgrade you want to buy (or barns, boost tokens, GMT Token, or Game cash – HBs).
Replace your Stable ID number (in the box provided) with the Stable ID number of the person you want to receive the gift.
Click add to cart.
You will then be directed to the payment method page (PayPal), to pay for the gift.
The gift will appear in the stable of the person whose ID you entered.

[ ] Group 1: Under 100,000 group. This group opts to not spend real cash, and will stay under a 100,000 HBs spending limit.
[ ] Group 2: Over 100,000 group. This group can give gifts of a 100,000+ HB value. No spending limit.

I posted this on Hj1 when someone asked about entering more than one account. I will post it here too because we have so many new people who don't know:
People go ALL OUT on the over category and going lack luster with your gifts makes you end up looking really bad. ... We really need to have a over 1 million category in the future because most over people are really spending multiple millions in the over category. Not just 200k or something.

Excellent idea! Putting it in my notes for next year, along with my 'Beginners Guide to HJ Secret Santa' and figuring out a better way for Available to Adopt to make horses available!

@kitty5 scroll up to where it says Secret Santa Sign Up Form. Copy that post and then paste it in a pm message to Confluence Farm. Just fill it out and then hit send comment. You send it through the inbox to her.
