Sure! He’s had A/Blue foals via straw, so I will cross my fingers for you! (bTW he’s named for a DR Who thing. Not that I have any idea what it really means, but if you’re a whovian that gives you a theme for possible names)

You can always add it back if you manage to get a candy pony! Although...
She looks like she has KP clouds which fhey only get if they’re homozygous KP. Which would mean he has to be Hom KP too. Can your mare be entered in the KP Breeders Club? Or the colt? If so, they’re definitely Hom KP, he just isn’t showing off his cloud. You could reroll if you want to but I would wait til he’s an adult. -
