@OakCreek, aw, having bummer foals can be discouraging but don't give up! Maybe next time you breed Meteoriata you could breed her to a C papered stallion. By pairing equal breeding ability, you are more likely to get intact foals.

The sire of Meteoric Dreamer was a step higher in breeding ability than his dam. Meteoric Dreamer papered C himself, so he may or may not be about as good as his dam, but that tells you right away that he was not about as good as his sire. He was worse than his sire hence him getting snipped.

People have said that before, OakCreek, and I have found the exact opposite to be true! I've had a bunch of TERRIFIC foals using straws and embryo transfer!

If you are worried about keeping the line "even" find her a 2nd gen C papered stallion. That way the pedigree look pretty and you still get equal quality. I know Ammit says the game isn't about the eveness but I think it's a stubborn trend

Yes breeding so even by ability is what is making it harder to get a foal.
