Barns question

Ok so I bought a barn last night I paid 250k for it but did not receive the barn I'm not sure what to do I have contacted Ammit but no reply does anyone know if she is on vacation? Then I got to thinking maybe I didn't get the barn because I have to many barns? Someone help I don't know what to do that was a lot of money to waist

Have you logged out and then back in again, using the Log Out button at the bottom of the left menu?
You may need to clear the cache on your device so that it's not just picking up an older version of your stable.
Those are two reasons I can think of. I doubt that it would be too many barns. As far as I know there is no limit on the number of barns you can have. I currently have 45 in my Hunt and Jump stable, and I'm pretty sure my daughter's stable has even more than that.
Does the purchase show up in your transaction record? It might have a number of names--new barn, extra barn, etc.

Yes I have logged out then back in several times and I'm on a tablet I don't know how to clear my cookies or cache I don't know what that is even lol and yes the purchase does show up it says 250,000 was taken out for an IV purchase since I bought it with IVs and my account is negative that amount I bought the barn last night yea I hope she does something about it when she gets back I'd hate to buy another barn for that amount that would really suck because it took me weeks to earn 250k to just throw it away lol :) thanks for your help my barns are stuffed right now that's why I bought another one haha :D

Do you still have the IVs? Do your IV records show that the IVs were spent on a barn?
