Ok, so I got a top notch producer, but her PT score is 0.5!! Lol! So I know that breeding ability isn't necessarily related to the PT score, but will her foals not have lower PTs?

No. PT isn't inheritable except that inconsistency lowers PT. So, if your mare is 0.5 and inconsistent, then her foals are more likely to be inconsistent and their PTs will suffer by roughly 0.5 of a point as a result. Her breeding ability is roughly that of a perfect foundation, so while she will be an absolutely dismal show pony for you, she should be a great mom. Throw that baby girl in the pasture and never let her out again!

Lol I have created horses in the HH that have that PT I just laugh..but they turn out to be great mom's and the foals PT were way higher then hers.:)
