SH Brindled

I know she doesn't look like much, but hidden beneath that Roan is brindle! It is the first brindle I've bred, and both parents were a brindle at that. I don't care that she got spayed because that was my aim when I bred her. I am trying to get more show horses, and luckily, she fits my criteria. How common is it to get a brindle from two brindle parents? I thought most brindles came from one brindle parent and one non-brindle parent.

Brindle is a completely random gene mutation and can occur from two brindle parents, no brindle parents or one of each. I don't think there's any correlation between parent's mosaic and the foal's. As far as I know anyway :)

Congratulations! All I have been lead to believe is brindle parent/s increase the chance of a brindle foal, but it can happen at any time!

And even with two brindle parents, getting a brindle foal is still an extremely, extremely rare occurrence.

I think having a brindle parent(s) gives you a tiny bit more of a chance but not much. I might be wrong but thats what has been said in the past. But like previously stated, its super random and fairly rare. Ive been on the game since december 2015 and Ive only bred three. My first one took almost a year lol. The second was a couple seasons ago. And the third was last season :)

I have got two brindles since I have been playing and the first one was by two brindle parents and the second one I got was by one brindle parent. id say brindle parents increases the chances of getting a brindle unless your extremely lucky and get one when both parents are not brindles and that has happened before
