If you go to "Upgrades & Extras" ...Click "Upgrade with real money"....Then it will tell you exactly what you will receive for your money...depending on level of subscription. :)

so say the rules allow 3 free accounts only, i have 3 free plus one premium is that a paid account and allowed?

that is what i thought. but now i am locked out on all 3 accounts on server 1 and have now way o get hold of moderator.

Multiple Accounts: All the below rules apply to accounts owned by the same member.
There is a limit of 3 free accounts per household.
All accounts owned by a single member must have the same email address.
Creating more than 3 accounts even if some or most are deactivated is still a lockable office.
If it is found that accounts you own contain different email addresses all your accounts can be fined or frozen.
If more than one player accesses their account from the same home all accounts owned by both members are considered one member, i.e. you and your sister can not send gifts to each other or share a single upgraded account.
Members may own as many paid accounts on HuntAndJump.com as they can reasonably manage, but no more than 3 free accounts.
Members may not sell and breed horses between multiple accounts they own for any reason.
Sales or breedings between accounts owned by the same member will result in fines or removed horses.
For no reason should a horse be transferred repeatedly between accounts owned by the same member.
For no reason should a horse in a basic account be sold to an upgraded account for the sole purpose of utilizing upgraded features.
Members who are transferring money between accounts will have all accounts fined or frozen.

It may also be fair to say that moderators were alerted to your multiple accounts when you proceeded to take 16 high pointed horses from the HJ1 Adoption group chat on a day old account, and then also requested for two of your other accounts to join the Adoption group. You are also not a "new" player since you did the above with the precision of someone who had a decent understanding of the game and a few months under their belt, which you've gained on this server.

As stated above, you could contact a FB group moderator, or use the game's official FB page to contact Ammit directly. I would not expect an immediate response though, as Ammit has made us all very aware that she is traveling for another couple days.

You have seven free accounts on server 1, which is more than the three allowed.

They are not all on the same email, which is also against the rules.

They were all opened the same day, and the first 5 were opened within 20 minutes of each other. The remaining 2 were opened later the same day.

The three earliest opened accounts that were all on the same email were the ones left open, as is the usual protocol. Those would be the ones named wendolynes, mistyepom, and ShebaArab.

This has nothing to do with ignoring the rules of the adoptables, as that is a player-run thing and is not an official game service.

And the locking has nothing to do with this server. The accounts here do not count against the accounts there and vice versa.

You can always upgrade accounts, you can have as many paid accounts as you want. Keep in mind that if the upgrades go away, you're back to too many free accounts and they get locked again. :)

Even when not active they still count as multiple accounts. You will have to get hold of Ammit and ask her to remove all the unwanted accounts. She had done it for someone else before a while ago :)
