My 4th generation Gulastra Plume stallion came of age so I bred my first batch of 5th gen GP babies this morning. I'm disappointed that I didn't get an intact stallion out of the lot, but it is the first season. But I love the way this little pale champagne guy looks with his plumetail.

Abbey, I just love your studs. :) I think I've bred to at least one of them just about every season! Today they've given me 2 intact het pearl fillies with s+, my first s+ ponies on HJ2 and I am so excited!

Most of my babies so far this season are for sale, I got a LOT of colts and a lot of solids, I want to breed for color. Preferably silver grulla appaloosa/pintos/rabicano and brown appaloosa/pintos/rabicano, but that will take a bit. Overall I'm quite pleased with my second crop of foals, considering I just started. :))

Here are my favourites so far! They are my first third-gen babies, too, so I'm really excited about that :D

Absolutely gutted that this girl was spayed! She got a PT score of 11.3, though, so look out show rings haha.

This is my only second gen filly until my pasture foals come through. Thanks for being so generous with your stud, Cheers!

My silver bay pearl sabino splash frame colt. He is by far my favorite and has passed gelding advice and SAT intact. He still needs to be papered, which I currently don't have the upgrade for so, unless that changes, he will have to be gelded anyway.

I am currently trying to breed a solid show string, so I wasn't worried about perfectly lining all of my foals. I automatically spayed and neutered most of them as I don't want uneven lines in my breeding stock. Unfortunately I found out this girl was a pearl and satin carrier after I spayed her :(( .

I have been avoiding roan because it doesn't show the Sooty+ as well, but this baby from my new boy looks really cool with both (and DP, I'm guessing 2 copies? and splash and frame). I thought he was brown but he's bay!

Abbey, Gwydion is perfect! So gorgeous!
I bred this filly today. I thought she was either hetero pearl or missed it completely, but I tested her and she's homozygous! It's so hard to tell with both silver and champagne.

I stared at this one for a long time because dad is EEaa and mom is palomino eeaa so the only thing the foal could be was black based. I forgot dad had pearl haha!
