IOS mares and RH stud
-
Looking for mares and a RH stud with all the premium testing and pass for SBA. 10+ PT score. Mares mostly WB I'll accept a few RH and Drafts. I'll accept some red mostly looking for yellow and blue if possible. Will be able to purchase after my horses sell. Really appreciate help if possible. Thank you
-
What generation are you looking for? Do you want second gen, third gen, etc? If you want foundations, the 10+ PT requirement will really limit what you're offered since only exceptionally perfect foundations can have a PT score greater than 9.9. The only exceptionally perfect foundations are some of the rank specials so they'll come with a hefty price tag. Even the exceptional producers we got for a week can only have a max PT score of 9.9. A horse's PT score has nothing to do with its breeding ability, it only tells you about its showing ability.
-
Also the paper levels from low to high for mares are Failed(terrible breeder), Yellow(ordinary and perfect foundations and lower quality lined mares), Red(exceptional foundations and lined mares), Blue, Gold. If you're looking for lined mares, I personally would not buy any yellow papered ones. I expect my second gen mares to paper at least Red, and third gen mares to paper at least Blue. But I'm very strict with my breeding stock and I know some people aren't quite so strict. :)
-
Not to interested in gens I don't really know what they do. I'm working my way up to gold/star breeders.
-
If you haven't read the threads about breeding even and generations on this link list, I'd suggest that you do so. There's a lot of useful information there that will help you understand. The thread about breeding ability vs. showing ability is also extremely helpful and explains what PT score really means.

If your still looking this is all my foundation stock. As long as their not draft or Nanotech I'd be willing to part with them.
G1 Stock -
I would like be all your mares but considering all the nice ones are rank specials I know those come with a heafie price :/ still looking. I'll look at second and third gen.

Feel free to looks through my horses. Probably 70% I'd be willing to sell. Just would rather not sell my brindles

I'd be willing to let the mares go for 3k if not RS and 4k if RS. Is that reasonable for you? I don't really need G1 non-drafts anymore and only kept them because they were pretty.
-
Alright if you don't mind holding them @artemis87 I've gotta get some of these horses sold and I'll snag a bunch from you (:
-
Alright, let me know which ones you want and I'll put them up for you in my chat after work tonight.
-
-
I might snag more when I get the money

I'm selling all the horses in this barn. There's a decent collection of different colours and patterns, so there might be something that catches your eye :)

Can you do 3500 apiece? No rush on picking them up. I can put you up in my buddy chat. Just got to work so I'll have to do it later.Breeder of any and all crazy colored drafts and RH horses.
-
Sure put them in buddy chat @hunter

Can you please leave your ID here? That way I can just copy and paste on my next break.Breeder of any and all crazy colored drafts and RH horses.
-
@Artemis87 I would happily give you 20k for SUR Emergence of Artemis and I am sure if you put your RS up for auction (public or forum) you will get a lot more than 4k for them.
-
Sorry OakCreek13 :) but they are worth much more than that x
-
I'm just in need of brood mares for my barn since I lost a bunch of them. I'm taking what I can get without being greedy. I'm grateful that @Artmis87 is willing to offer them to me for that price. It's very kind and generous.
-
Did you put them all through SBA?
No offence to @Artemis87 - it is very kind and generous.
Good luck with your search.
No worries
-
@Dinascar -- I put up all my other RS in auction earlier in the week and got a good price on them. The only reason I kept these three is because I thought they were pretty stable ornaments. I know they are worth more than 4k each but I want to help OakCreek13 out with their breeding stock. To me that is more valuable then selling them for a larger amount.
-
That's extremely generous of you Artemis87! :D Although, if you are limited on space @OakCreek13, you may want to consider spending your hbs on proven show horses instead of brood mares. It's tempting to sell or auction geldings and spayed mares in order to buy more breeding stock but in the long run you will lose a lot of money that way. The best way to earn hbs is by having a large show string to support your breeding. The general consensus seems to be that you should have at least 3 times as many show horses as breeding horses if you want to earn enough hbs to pay for your breeding and if you want to earn lots of extra hbs for things like GMTs then you should have even more show horses.
-
Well I just got premium upgrade and I'm thinking about getting another barn as well as 2 more pastures

I'm selling her for 3500. Yellow papered, but inconsistent. She's available if you follow her link.
