Anybody else regretting a recent vow of absolute restraint they made?
  • Now that's funny. That's about how it plays out here.
  • Strange, that has never worked on the cats!

  • Cats don't care. As far as cats are concerned, they own your house and that couch. They own you so that they can meow at you until you get the toy THEY own from under THEIR couch.

  • We have two cats. My husbands cat is a Velcro kitty. She lives on his shoulder. My cat I have had since birth. His name is Radar but my husband calls him Santa because he's fat. The only time he comes looking for people is when he's hungry, which is all the time. We have a ferret though and one of his hiding places is under the couch. He steals things from around the house and hordes them under there.
  • We don't have animals. We lived with my boyfriend's grandmother and she had two cats that they rescued from a feral colony. The female, Baby, was a spoiled little scaredy cat that was obsessed with shoes and feet. She would stick her face so deep into shoes we had to rescue her from them a couple times. The male, TJ, was the most muscular cat I have ever seen. You know how they show lions on the animal documentaries with their muscles rippling down their sides, that was this cat.

  • The reason we don't have animals is that I know that I would be the one stuck taking care of them. Two children (2 year old and boyfriend) is enough.

  • That is for sure. My husband wanted sugar gliders. He got a pair. Guess who feeds them, cleans their cage and takes care of the babies when they have them.............hehehehe
  • Aw sugar gliders. Little balls of "I'm cute and semi expensive and the vets still don't know anything about me so now I die."

  • lol Is it bad that I keep staring at the list of members online and looking at names saying "I know you haven't activated your herd helper..." with a slight glare on my face.

  • We have had ours a long time. They do take extra care though. I have to buy fresh fruits and veggies for them and make what we call glider ice cream that has extra calcium and other really good stuff for them. Not to mention the extra time I put into screening and preparing new owners before the babies go home with them. All because my husband wanted them lol
  • lol I've been doing the same thing. Looking at people and keep refreshing the forum waiting for one to pop up. I finally caught the Fuel to the fire HH after waiting all day. I'm heading off to bed now. Good luck.
  • I would get evil by this point. I'd stage a fake phone call while he was nearby and say something along the lines of "Oh yeah they make great snake food." and see how long it take him to take over duties at that point.

  • I used my herd helper early this morning before the announcement about the rank specials and half price rerolls. :( Some other people might have done that too. At least the half price rerolls are going on for a while! I'm loving all these RS horses

  • My daughter was having a nuclear meltdown so I left to deal with that. The very moment I come back is when that Fuel to the fire HH popped up.

  • Oh dear, I've stuffed both of my pastures full of all the nice flashy foundation mares I've been creating from all the good herd helpers. Now I have to decide which ones I should breed to outside studs and skip the pasture bonus. Guess it's time to get the manure fork and clean out my pasture lol. I don't even want to imagine how much work it would be to clean up a 60 mare pasture in real life. Just imagine how much manure 60 mares would make... :P
  • Haha right they would make so much and it would be so hard to clean up after them you would need a big bucket tractor to scoop poop lol
  • I'm pretty sure no one would appreciate living next to that pasture.
