G2 papering yellow but passing SBA..?
-
I have been going through and culling out my lines, and I have some G2 fillies that papered yellow, but were able to pass breeding advice + strict breeding advice..? Has anyone else had that? Does that mean they are a "high Yellow"/almost red?ID# 2353

But among all of that, I found out I have a G2 that papered BLUE! That's a first for me! :D

Thank you!
Has anyone else had horses that papered lower than they should and passed BA+SBA?ID# 2353 -
I have two 2G colts that papered C, and I'm not that clear on stud papering, but they passed breeding advice and SBA and on the comparison test they were as good as their sires. Currently deciding if I want to keep them? (They have some really good colors) I haven't had it happen with any mares, all of my 2G mates papered Red except for two, but they didn't pass BA.

It could be that their parents are low yellows, and that those horses are high yellows/almost reds. BA and SBA just say whether the horse will be AGA or a better breeder than their parents.Producer of Volcanic Glass Drafts. Lapisobsidianus.
