Favourite stud

Just wanting to show off my favourite stud.. he came from a sooty flaxen chestnut hh.. hes clearly not a perfect foundation but i gave him 1 season in my pasture then sold him.. i always get a new stud every year to change up my bloodlines minus rank specials and i also got a liver stud this year so felt i had no need for Garett.. well he had a high intact rate after sba but i still sold him.. nearly straight after i regretted it as i realised he produced stunning blanket foals.. well imagine my surprise when i seen him for sale again... i snapped him up real quick and he wont be leaving again :)

Wisdom was just a stallion I picked up from a herd helper back when I was breeding a lot of foals with the sole purpose of putting them in the auction. Wanted some fancy color that might get people to bid on some of his foals and he had dun just incase I decided to keep some of his foals. I was struggling with my 2g studs at that time, so when the best of pasture notice came up with a dun colt I decided to just see what happened. Comp tested against the colts I had from my perfect foundation stallion, and Wisdom's colt was superior to the best of them! Been taking his children a lot more seriously after that, and each generation I have been having his descendants raising the bar on quality, beating colts coming from perfect foundation and rank special lines, and they all kept the silver. haha

This is my favorite foundation boy so far! He's my first extensive GMT project and he's not quite finished yet. I'm in the long difficult process of saving up 25 GMT's (ideally 35 but that's unrealistic at this time) to finish him up. I'm planning on adding a second copy of DP and White 3. If I could get those 10 extra GMT's I would have made him homozygous GP as well but that's wishful thinking -3-

This is my favorite foundation stud. He's a complete dunce in the show ring. He leveled off at 1L and still can't compete in a show without tripping over his own tail (he routinely gets trounced by foals). But, he throws some very nice foals.

This boy isn't exactly a looker, but he's such a good stud :D Still hasn't given me a snipped foal yet!!
