10.7 isn't that high of a pt really. But I'd say he's worth at least 3-3.5k, just to cover testing + base cost. I'm not too well versed in selling 4Gs, but 4.5k doesn't seem too high for him.Producer of Volcanic Glass Drafts. Lapisobsidianus.
