It is Hubbys and my dream trip. If we could go anywhere is the world Ireland is where we want to go.
I found a place that you can hire a Gypsy Cob and cart and ride around the country side. Hubby has promised me we can do it for a week when we ever get there.
We are hoping to get there within the next two years, just a shame we live on the other side of the world and it costs so much lol

We went to Wales in Sept of 2015. Oh my was it wonderful! I didn't get to ride, but my partner got to go fly fishing in the mountains and was in HEAVEN! We visited a bunch of castles, and prehistoric sites (Stonehenge!). We rented a car (we're a bit too old for the horse drawn wagon thing!) and drove the length of the country. So beautiful!

That's pretty close to Ireland! :P

I was with a group that went to Glasgow, wow, 20 years ago (?), and 3 of us took a ferry over to Belfast and drove down and spent a day in Dublin. What a great time! Went to Guinness, and then shopped our butts off!

Are you just taking a vacation?

I'm so jealous! Ireland and horseback riding through the countryside is my dream! One day, one day. Enjoy it and have enough fun for me too! :-))

And as a side note, I automatically started the Little Einsteins theme song when I read the title. Why on why do the kids shows these days have to have such catchy songs.
