Here is the list I started. I just have not had a chance to have it vetted by Ammit, and then to get it posted!

Open Genes: These Ice genes were sold without any ‘no sharing restrictions’ originally. I will not be policing them but I do ask you not to share them with those who don't own foundations with this gene. It will be on the honor system.
Ice 1: The Orginal that started it all! A frosted base with crackling ice around the edges.
Ice 2: Bold vertical crackles. Creates an Aurora when mixed with a different ice type.
Ice 5: The fluufiest of poofs! Big soft fluffy snowflakes.
Ice 8:Frosty base with giant contrasting crystal branches.


Closed Genes: These genes were originally sold with strict no sharing rules that must be followed. Purchasing these will add you to the official chat rooms for the gene.
Ice 9: Black tendrils convert all other ice it touches into black ice.
Ice 10: An explosion of rainbow shards
Ice 13: "You can buy Ice 13 for someone else but the person who ends up with the foundation is the one who can own the gene. "Yes you can buy it for someone else, you need to put it on a foundation you own and then gift them the foundation. Only people who own ice 13 foundations (regardless of who paid the cash) will have breeding/buying rights to the gene. "


I am selling these with strict no sharing unless with other foundation owners rules and will be creating a private chat room for the genes after sales close.

So, if she has two upgraded stables, that is two separate accounts, then? And they cannot share the genes?

On the side twitter thing (on computer) Ammit mentions she's going away from the forum for a little while, but urgent pms and the beginner packs will still be done. So maybe wait a couple of days and then bump the post?

EDIT: I only now just realized that Ammit posted a couple hours earlier.....I should read everything before I post myself....

I haven't left the group! :)
But is that error/possible problem with ALL the groups or just the strict no sharing groups?

Is the "no sharing" ice gene (I only have one of the no share, ice4) ONLY to the account that bought it, and cannot be shared to another account even if it is the same human/paypal/email who still owns it?
IF I just gifted it to my other account would the foals I already have be deleted because I would no longer own the foundation, or would they remain?

Only accounts in the club are flagged as owning the gene. Any account not in an official club is an issue. Period, regardless of the circumstances. Doesn't mater how it got that way.

There is no way I can have a sane way to track it otherwise. Besides you buy the gene for the account same as buying a barn or an upgrade. You don't share those.
