What is DP and how would you know a horse has it?
Such as this girl:
KI 2G Sayonara Falcon
Does she have it? -
DP darkens the red pigment on horses. The easiest way to see dp is to have an ee and bay horse with double sty. The word liver is added to the horse if DP is expressed
I don't think that horse has DPProducer of Volcanic Glass Drafts. Lapisobsidianus.
Prices are almost always negotiable. -
THere is some information and examples of DP in this discussion: http://hj2.huntandjump.com/forum/discussion/9707/examples-of-base-colors-for-new-players#Item_16
scroll down towards the bottom for DP info -
I was just looking at the dapples on this homozygous Sty mare and wondering if the dapples might be an indication of a copy of the DP gene.

Here's another stysty mare and she's much lighter.

Might be, but I would say the darkening along her back is more indicative of DP. I THINK (someone will have to correct me if I'm wrong) that DP darkens from the top down?

@Confluence Farms No it's even. You are seeing the brown gene acting.
