I wanted to get this out before the next breeding season so people can plan ahead. All of the Dark Star Stud line up will be available for public breeding for the entire month of August. I would prefer live cover only, as I will be pretty busy with visiting family, but if you really can't do live cover let me know and I will send straws. Stud fees will vary, but none will be over 15k.

I will also be taking the month of August off when it comes to breeding. I will do my best to put all of my gold mares up for brood for less than 10k. If people want to request mares of certain generations be put up for brood please let me know and I will do my best. Any none-gold mare will be less than 5k.

I am doing this because I swept the mare and PT categories for the era 0 horses this year. I don't like doing that, it's no fun. I figure the best thing I can do to level the playing field is get more of my horses genes out there. (Not to mention I still have two seasons worth of stallions to go through and cull, I don't need more.)

Here are my stallions... I can't promise any of the older ones survive the roll over, but I should have straws on most of them.

Dark Star Stallions

I have more mares than I know what to do with, and far too many to take specific requests on certain mares. But if you give me a general idea of what you want, say 4th gen blue+ mares with no white I can toss some that match the description up, if I have them.

If it makes you feel any better, I normally get my horses registered in breeder's clubs but I didn't this season or I might've given you a run on some of the PTs, though I still haven't broken 13. :)

That said, I AM 2 seasons behind people who started from day one, and it seems to make a difference.

I will try and look through my brown horses. I have a few from some of your mares that you had up for brood a while ago. They seem to be doing well getting on some lists. I may not get around to it though. I am trying to deal with some real world issues right now, but may need a break and play HJ2 again.

I am also 2 seasons behind the people who started from day one. I don't get as many on the Breeders Clubs lists either as far as top stallions and mares. I have maybe half a dozen mares, and several stallions. But not in the Eras, only the color or pattern clubs. But I do have a few, (not many) on the top points earners for foundation and lined.

Ahhh that makes sense, many of the people who started when I did may have stopped or are taking breaks or switched to another era when new colors came out. :) And I feel you on the not entering horses in the breeders clubs, it can be a bit of a clicking fest, Not a problem. I will just wait till you catch up!

I might have gotten a few in there if I was lucky, but I usually enter the colors first and the eras last, so many dont get entered in eras.

Could you put up some black or brown, foundation, 2 gen and 3rd gen mares please? I am trying to get some of my brown horse line on the breeders club lists. That would be great. I already have a couple of your stallions picked out for next season. Thanks for putting them up for us, so we can try to catch up..... I only managed to get two foundation stallions on the lists in Era 1. And a foundation, and 2-2 gen mares on lists in Era 2.

He's a Brown Foundation clone of DS Dark Sun Rising. One of the original 0 Era Bring Back The Sun HH's.

I am throwing all the boys up tonight. :) Sorry I didn't get to it sooner, work has been horrible.

Thanks Dark star! No problem, I will just be able to get to breeding today anyway. I only have 2 bred so far. The same as you, I have been busy.
