Newbie. Advice?

Hello everyone. I'm new here and up for any advice that anyone can give.
I appreciate it and God bless!~ Patience ~ -
Hi JohnsonStables! And welcome. Best advice buy one stallion and 2 mares. Then use the rest of your money and find some spayed/gelded proven show horses. Those are horses with more than a couple hundred all time points.
Also, check out the FAQ/User Guide at the bottom of the left side menu.
Good luck, and let us know if you have any questions! -
Thank you so much. I'll definitely invest in a stallion and 2 mares. I do have a simple question, how do I obtain a palomino? Is it a gene I have to work towards or what do you suggest?~ Patience ~

You can keep an eye out for Herd Helpers if you specifically want a palomino. You get your own Herd Helper every day, found under the Create A Horse tab. Or, you can look for a palomino HH on the Herd Helper board (where members can share their daily HHs). There is a special HH today for Valentine's Day - not only are they pretty, but they are high quality! I suggest using that HH for one - the horse will help you earn showing bonuses. :)

I just took a quick look on the Herd Helper board. There has been a few palomino ones shared today!

@JohnsonStables, I have a brand new horse, who has been trained for a week, is a palomino and has been bred as a great show horse. Let me know if you're are interested
it's name is Show me the Ribbon and they are for sale

If you haven't bought your horses yet, go to the Search Horses, enter 13 in the box of Owner ID, and type palomino into the color name. I don't know what you'll find in the Foundation Rescue, but there might be a palomino or two there. All horses in the rescue are perfect foundations--as good at both showing and breeding as ordinary create foundations can be, and they'll have the same score both times they show in a week.De gustibus non disputandum. "There's no arguing about tastes."
