Cant activate Level 5 upgrade?

I bought a level 5 upgrade and I have the receipt and everything and when I go to activate it on the "manage upgrades" tab it won't let me! Anybody know anything? :/

Have you tried logging out (with the log out button at the bottom of the navigation bar) and logging back in? A lot of the time that will automatically activate any new upgrade.I was jllewis on the old forum.
