So, I'm a mom of one lovely 7yr old boy. Due to severe complications it was recomended I get neutered. I did. Met a wonderful man shortly after been together for some time now. He knew I was spayed from the start. We lost his dad in november, his mom spoke of grandchildren during the arrangements. Now he's talking in his sleep about making babies so he can have a princess. We are not married but happily talking about it for in the near future. When awake and asked about it he claims indifference, but men rarely share feelings. Love the man and would be happy to, but im not able. My son broke my back and gave me a blood clot the size of texas(my WHOLE left femoral vein solid clot). I'm kinda stuck and need some outside womanly input. any men with insight are welcome too.

Would a surrogate or adoption be an option?
I'm currently pregnant with my first (just found out the sex a few hours ago!) but my sister may have limitations for getting/being pregnant, so I would happily surrogate for her. I know not everyone can afford it or has family/friends willing to carry for them.----

It would be. Thankfully he woke fully a few minutes ago and insists he was just dreaming. He claims not to want any children even in Five or ten years. Apparently I'm just a bit panicky lol.

If he does at some point, adoption is a great option. Also, I dont know where you live, but here ins Texas if you adopt from Child Protective Services, the cost is minimal and the child gets a ton of benefits. I have several friends that have done this, on couple has 4, and all have amazing children that came from some seriously terrible situations, but now have an amazing life.Thanked by 1Foxx

I truly understand your situation. I lost both of my ovaries due to endometriosis, before I was 30. I met the man that I wanted to marry in my 40's. Things never went the way I had hoped, because I believe he wanted children, his own children, and I can't have them. The relationship went downhill these last few years, and I'm 54 now, so don't want to raise a child now at this age.
The thing is, did they take your ovaries, or just clip your tubes? If you still have your ovaries, then you can get a surrogate. I hope things work out better for you than they did for me. Best Wishes!Thanked by 1Foxx
