I cant be 100 percent positive but she seems darker than Cheers' who is homozygous sooty and your mare is only het for sooty

@jezmynespice1 and @moon. DP as far as I know does not affect Black horses. These guys are black champagnes, so I don't think DP would make them darker...
However, I do agree Jezmynes girl is abnormally dark, especially since I've taken the dun dilution off my girl and Jez hasn't!Thanked by 1jezmynespice1 -

Removing the dun made her darker. Dun is a dilution gene.

Her horse is not any darker at all. It's the tack and shiny spray looking like that. Her horse looks identical otherwise.
