Postcards for GMTs!

One of Haystack and my FAVORITE traditions is Postcards for GMTs. Our wonderful members send us postcards/cards/letters/gifts from all over the world. In exchange we send them all back thank yous in the form of a gene modification token. It's so much fun seeing the cards come in from all over and we love putting them up around our home each year.

Best friend - you would put hj2. Those on hj1 would put hj1. There are two different haj servers.

For some reason I'm just seeing this announcement! So excited because last year I joined a little too late to send one. It was still kind of going but I was super new so I didnt really know what was going on lol. I'm excited that this year I get to send one :)

You can send something right now. I probably won't start picking anything up from the PO box for a few weeks though.

When is this ending? Is there a limit on how many postcards or letters?

No I don't think theres a limit. You only get one gmt though you don't get a gmt per every postcard or letter you send :)

Are homemade postcards acceptable? I have some artist grade watee color (card stock) paper and would love to make my own post card to send

What a great day for a christmas mail post. It was our first proper snow last night.

We are all done up for christmas too! Here is the big tree! There is a bunch of ornaments from members tucked in there.

lydia Sent me this Goofy postcard FROM DISNEY WORLD! :D

White Valley sent me this one from England.

This one is a "hoot" from Paintsstables in California.

CJ Stables sent me this lovely fall scene in Utah way back before Thanksgiving.

Veetiepony in Massachusetts says she grew up riding around this castle. So jealous!

A little bird told me Visions wished us Happy Holidays.

What's this a package from Australia, in the most Australian wrapping paper ever made?!

It's a whole collection of Christmas linens from Golden Spur! She sends 3 pillow cases, a stocking, and table cloth. I love decorating for Christmas/Solstice and I have already put these too use! (I started before Halloween ;) )

Forest Shadow in Florida sent me a card that's basically my backyard. :D

She also sent me an amazing collection of clothes from her little girl. Flufflepuff, her babygirl and I all share a combination of names between us. So it was really neat to be gifted some of her lovely things. There was too much to take photos of it all but here are a few things I pulled out. Those fat pony stockings. OMG <3<br />

This one got it's own photo those because how freaking cute!

I'm so glad I am getting to share this holiday mail with all of you. I was too sick to post last year so it is a blast posting these.
Still TONS of time to send me something if you are thinking about it. :D

Hope everyone had an amazing Christmas. Our Solstice/FluffleDay/Christmas week was pretty amazing here. Fluffle got some hand made wooden toy and a new "big girl" mattress since she had outgrown her bassinet. I got sewing books and pressing stuff. So excited about my new iron!

I got some amazing cards and gifts from you all too!

FantasyFarms in Texas sent me this cute pupper card and some jewellery. Isn't it pretty? Exactly the sort of thing I wear too!

This card came from Pintlala from the North Pole by way of Alabama.

CravenHill in Texas Christmas-ed up this already cute flower card for me.
