Texas Tea never showed up yesterday. So I am wondering is it just going to certain people? Or is it something wrong with my phone?

If you are talking about the post WestWind started, then it would have been available to her and one lucky person who is a fast clicker. Rank specials do very occasionally show up as herd helpers, or some people will reroll to try to hit them. One share create is available with rank specials that show up as herd helpers. When rank special show up for a special event, it is kind of like a gift from Ammit (I want to say they even say Ammit has shared them), and available to everyone who logs in that day.

Also, it is relatively new that the rank specials show up as Herd Helpers at all. Just the past month or two.

Special Ranks have always been available through the DHH, as far as I knew. They were just more uncommon.

Yep they've been available through DHHs since I've been playing. It just didnt happen often.
