omg, I'm now having this problem. I can only have one active HH now. I'm going to try to see if logging out and completely closing this and clearing my cache and then restarting my phone works.

I split this to try and keep the original post on topic. There is nothing that should limit you to having only a single HH, and I need a full report about what you are seeing.

I completely logged out and closed Gmail then went and cleared my cache. I restarted my phone and then went to clear my cache again just in case. Logged in and it worked! But I could not active the third one.

What does "could not active" mean/look like.

Sorry went to go copy it.
This Herd Helper is already active and can not be activated again until other copies are cleared.
No refresh error, please report to Ammit. -

Ok, I kept Gmail open and stayed logged in and went to completely clear my cache. Came back and it gave me the same message as shown above. Then I logged out and still kept Gmail open, went and completely cleared my cache. Came back and logged in, it worked! But again it would not let me active the next one. I'll see if logging out then back in does it. Then logging out and closing Gmail then opening and logging back in. Then logging out and closing Gmail then restarting my phone and logging back in.

Oops nvm about the last one I already did that. But I'll see if it works again I guess.

I did it and...I ran out of herd helpers so I went and got a few from the forums. It allowed me to activate all of them. Then I thought maybe it's just with only HH's you create yourself, I bought one and it allowed me to create it. Did you manage to fix it?

I'll also mention that I have little funds. You might have to ask someone else if you need extensive HH activating. But I hope what I have given you helped.

This has nothing to do with gmail. By closing the browser you are logging out of the game which is clearing your log in which prevents you from refreshing the page to create more herd helpers.

It has nothing to do with Gmail... oops sorry about that. Even before I found I had the problem, I could not activate my second herd helper even when refreshing the page. It was when I logged out and back in I found I could activate it but then I could not activate the next one. I can now though. I'll try again tomorrow. I'll stayed logged in and just keep refreshing the page or until I know I ain't getting anywhere then I'll log out then back in and try refreshing the page many times and see if anything is different. Sorry if I'm not completely understanding you. It's very early in the morning here and I do need to sleep.

First time I logged in this morning. I went to my Herd Helpers, activated the first. It is a Rank 5: Exceptional Producing Silver. I activated it. I went to activate my second Herd Helper, a Rank 3: Bay Roan Splash. I got the same message as shown in the screen shot from Wolvevenfrosst.

I haven’t rolled those herd helpers in the last day or so, and I also have not gotten any shares from those specific herd helpers from the forum or Facebook either.

Do not refresh the page. It is stopping you intentionally from doing that. You need to push the button not refresh.

No, no refreshing. Just pushed the button to activate.

I cleared out all other tabs to make sure it wasn’t trying to refresh the page either when I would swap back and forth.

I see the issue. When you active a HH it stops you from refreshing and it does not clear the no-refresh until you click the button to reroll. Because there was a bug where you could keep refreshing and get unlimited free herd helpers that was fixed. For the second logging out completely or hitting the reroll button will clear the error. I am looking into solutions.
