To make it short, I was contacted on reddit by someone who also played this game. He was very weird and hinted that I should contact the owner and let him know he was still playing. I'm very fond of mysteries, so I kept chatting

The word "scrooge" came up in one of our conversations as a reference to Ammit, so I actually contacted him to ask, since this redditor didn't want to tell what it was about.

Later, I did a search for "scrooge" in the users section, and found out there's an user with that name, and another account attached to it, called "royal endeavor". It has some pretty neat horses, and I innocently asked ammit if I could have them.

Apparently, I'm now the same user that made those accounts, therefore I broke the rules, and I must be banned.

I don't know what happened between scrooge and ammit, but I'm erring on the side of the former doing something trivial but not actually against the rules and the later overreacting like he's doing with me now.

Can someone please talk some sense into him? I really like this game and haven't broke any rules myself.

I’m not sure what happened, but I can assure you that Ammit most likely did not overreact with this persons account being locked. Accounts do not get locked for trivial things, and Ammit is rather fair about giving people a chance to explain things. (Also, Ammit is a she, just fyi) Put yourself into Ammit’s Shoes for a second. Someone randomly contacts her about getting horses from a locked account, which I’m pretty sure is against the rules in itself. How would that look? I would assume it’s the same person coming back on a new account as well, and depending on the type of infraction this person had I would have locked the new account as well. I am sure if you explain the situation, offer to send screenshots of the conversations on reddit, and be calm and polite with her, then this might be able to handled differently. But you won’t win many friends saying Ammit is overreacting and takin get that line of thought much further. Ammit is much loved by the community here and people stand by her rules, because she is so fair to us.

She is extremely fair, and will definitely listen. I can see where she came from and why she locked your account, as fallen said, But the general idea is that you don't correspond with people like that.

Im not saying that I've never been guilty of anything and im not trying to throw you or the other player under the bus, but their account was locked for a reason; because they cheated.

Here's a synopsis;
If someone's account is locked, its for a reason (and its usually not trivial). Ammit does that to ensure equality for ALL players, and that's what makes this game so great. Its also kinda unprofessional or rude to call ammit out on the forums without first messaging her. Stuff happens, accidents occur, and im sure she would listen if you sent her a message.

Maybe don't log in from the same IP as the last time you were banned for starting drama and fights under your royal endeavor account.. ;) You even have the same names in your emails. Come on. I'm not an idiot.

You had just kept your head down instead of sending me a message yesterday to call me Scrooge again to my face this time you would not have ended up banned. ;) I even ignored the message to give you a second chance but you kept pressing the point. Really you could have stayed if you hadn't tried to rub my nose in the face that you where still playing.

If people don't remember this is the person who had a fit and accused me of being a money grubber or something because when our server company lost its internet for a few hours I put a big sale up afterward. Hence why she made the account called Scrooge, to try and show me up I guess?

Oh well then nope, no sympathy here. Ammit didn’t have to offer that sale, as the circumstances were out of her control. I remember that situation now. I just feel sorry for you that almost 8 months later you still feel the need to be petty and rude.

What the heck? I don't remember that at all..

Ammit, lemme just say, I've never ONCE encountered an add on this game (which, lets be honest, almost every website out there has a couple ;) ), and if you're a "Money Grubber," wouldn't you flood the game with adds?

The genes are a way for you and your team to keep this game running. Not everyone has to buy them, and there are no real advancements by doing so (unlike other online horse games.. Im not gonna name names). Thank you ammit.
