Is i15 a closed gene? *wow, im stupid! I found the answer*

I know there are others that have been curious about this as well. Is it open, or closed? :)
(Don't quote me) but I VAGUELY remember ammit mentioning that there is going to be a new open gene that's released.. (Is that just me?) and IF that is true ammit/confluence, and there is gonna be a new open gene (that's not i15) then what is it? :3 -
According to what it says on the upgrade page, ice15 is a closed gene and requires a license.

Non-dun 1 is a new gene that was released that's open. I am fairly certain any new ice genes released at this point will all be closed.

All new fantasy genes are closed. We had to many problems when they where open.
