5% Boost Bug?

I just had someone ask how I got 2-5% Boosts on my new foundation stallion. I only bought 1-5% Boost, but it does show 2 Tattoos on his page, is this a bug?
This is the stallion in question:

A papered perfect foundation...wow!

Well he's certainly double boosted as he is A papered, very special!

He was 'B' Papered before the boost. I figured he would stay a 'B' paper even with the Boost, because he was a foundation. I didn't notice the double boost until someone pointed out that he got 2 Boosts, and when I re-papered him, he went to 'A' papers. Will have to wait and see when it gets checked out if he stays an 'A' or goes back to a 'B. I am still excited about him, even if he goes back to 'B' papers. I GMT'ed all the goodies on him to make him exactly what I wanted.

Strange - since he's a PF, he should have been a C paper to start with. 100% breeding ability. One 5% boost would match him to an experf, at mid B papered and 105%, while two are what took him to A at 110% (same as if you'd boosted an experf with the 5% once).ISO any and all Silver Pocket Watches!
