Bought hbs, didn't get them

Yesterday I bought the extra 100,000 hbs for $6.50, and tonight they still aren't showing in my account. I have an e-mail receipt from PayPal, and there were no issues with my payment method.

Ok, how do I contact her? When I go to the page about contacting an admin, it makes me log in again, then tells me I'm not on this server (I've been on this game and the Forest server for almost two years). When I do manage to get signed back in, it just takes me back to my home page.
