I was playing around and ran across my associated accounts. I’m shocked by how many there are. Especially considering I’m a homebody! So, I thought it would be fun to do a role call and get to know each other alittle better! I’ll go first; you can copy and paste or add your own little twist!

First horse: Never owned a horse and honestly may never (hence why I get my fix online haha) - but the first horse I rode was this super sweet chestnut girl named Buggy :x
Favorite thing about the game: Whatever you want to do is achievable, and the community is happy to help you get there!
Something you dislike: Remembering to get new show horses to support my future breeding stock :))

Horse career: I started riding at about 3, pretty much lived at one barn or another from I was 10. Got my first own horse when I was 12, but she had to be put down because of cancer two years later. Bought my second horse at 15, a three year old fjord who tried to kill me several times. lol. He was a piece of work. Threw everyone who got on him for the first year - I mean at every single ride he would leave any rider in the dirt. Left me in a woods unconsious once. Kicked me three times at one time, wich left me with a knee that still locks up to this day, a musle in my thigh that has never been the same and three ribs that broke and set a little off. When I sold him two years after I got him (at only 5) he was the most amazing horse. He could do pirouettes and piaffe and almost any dressage exercise, and had jumped 130 cm single fences. He was the most perfect horse. I have contact with the girl who owns him now. He turned 21 this year <3 I then started school to become a riding instructor, then changed my mind after spending a summer training harness racers. I went all in on becoming a trainer instead, but had to give up the dream because I had had a fall (before starting school) where I fractured my spine, and I could not spend enough hours in the sulky without being bedridden for days or weeks. I so want to get back into horses, but with the dogs and my son, I just can not justify the time.

I’ve also done quite a bit of photography in the past. I actually had a business going! You can find it on FB under Pink Boutique Photography! I’d love to get back in it but, unfortunately, my camera and all my equipment got stolen (all the way down to the lense clear guys) and being a single mom is hard (Y’all are awesome single mommas!) So I have to put my wants on the back burner. I’ll get there eventually! I’d love to see some pictures from you guys!

I went to the Georgia Super Dome for Supercross one year. There was a greyhound rescue with a booth and dogs there! I can’t remember the name, but their badge was red with white letting or a design. Could that have been y’all?

First horse: Ring, a gelding over 25 at the time but still with quite the spirit
Favorite thing about the game: Genetics. I'm a bio nerd and I love that it uses real genetics and inheritance.
Something you dislike: Gosh, not much! Maybe the fact that I can't breed under 12 hh? I'd love to see a line of minis running around. :x
Favorite drink: Tea (usually herbals, though blacks with a bit of milk are a winter favorite)
Pets: Of mine, seven birds and two leopard geckos, but with the other occupants of the house that total comes up with an additional two dogs and a cat.
Hobby: Anything and everything. I bounce between hobbies with the enthusiasm of a springy rubber ball. I've recently taken up attempting to grow a bonsai, and before that I spent a bit on the sewing machine, altering a dress to be more frilly, and this Christmas I'm asking for scrapbooking materials so I can get back into that. My "steadier" hobbies involve mostly online communities, this one in particular but also another called Amino that I help moderate for a friend. I also regularly play DnD and own a Switch, so that's something else I keep busy with.

Fun facts: I'm an INTP personality type (Myers-Briggs) and that means I have what I like to call my own mental wikipedia. Any time I learn something useful or interesting, it gets filed away in my brain for later use (or just for the amusement of my friends as I tell them weird facts), and I'm also really good at practical problem-solving - even if that means lots of makeshifting and duct tape!

But picture a small 2 yr old American Miniature Horse with tiny stubby legs and a 2 yr old itty bitty child hanging off of him.

First horse: none, I've never owed a horse and I don't really ride I taken a few paid trail rides (Gettysburg Battle Park was the best) and rode (and fell off) a college roommate's horse. I theoretically know how to ride correctly after volunteering at a therapeutic riding center for people with special needs, I was a side-walker and leader there.
Favorite thing about the game: I can't decide between the true genetics and the community.
Something you dislike: Not being able to show pasture horses (because I have a ton)
Favorite drink: French Vanilla Granita (frozen slushy cappuccino)

First horse: This is actually a loaded question/answer lol. First horse I called "mine" was a shetland pony named Gypsy. First horse that was payed for by my parents was an Appaloosa named Lily. First horse: I've never owned one, but my heart horse's name is Izzy who was allegedly a paint, but he had no white markings whatsoever. I think I fell off him more times than I have off of every other horse I've ridden combined. I wish I could track him down, my old trainer passed a few years ago and he was sold.

Hobby: Reading, Writing, complicated diy construction projects at home that turn our functional but ugly. A bit of advice - do NOT redo your kitchen alone without any clue as to what you are doing. Measure twice, then measure a few more times before cutting everything to the wrong dimensions. Working barefoot is not ideal.

Fun Facts: I'm out and proud and my poor partner has had to put up with me for 17 years without burying me in the crawl space. Kudos to her!
I work in a state run institution for the developmentally disabled and most days it feels like they could do a better job running the place. The job has taught me patience, humility and that a 100lb 90 y/o woman can hit you as hard or harder than a 250lb 30 y/o man (or even a mack truck...)
I have an unhealthy obsession with books all of my coworkers use me as their personal library. The hatch of my car has about 75 books in it at all times and is left unlocked. Random people go to my car in the middle of the night (I work 3rd shift) and pick out books. I feel like a drug dealer but without any of the cash flow... :P

Favorite Color: Green. As in, forest green or kelly green, not so much olive green.

First horse: Toby, a 14.3 hand rat-tailed snowflake Appaloosa. Her show name was Randomly Detailed. Get it? De-tailed? Please stop looking at me like that. She was definitely the odd-horse-out in southeastern Pennsylvania back in the day, but we still managed to hold our own in hunters, pleasure, combined training, and dressage.

Favorite thing about the game: Almost daily—and often several times a day—I witness random acts of kindness playing out on the forum and in the buddy chats. I’ve never seen so much generosity between players in an online game!

Something you dislike: If it’s something I dislike about the game, it has to be those painstakingly bred, drop-dead gorgeous, everything you wanted, but SBA-snipped heart breakers. Something I dislike in the real world is that I can’t afford to own a horse at this stage of my life and there aren’t any stables close enough to me for me to even take lessons or do a partial lease.

Favorite drink: Coffee. It’s less a favorite drink than a necessity for thinking thoughts and stringing together words.

Pets: All rescues: Two cats - Bartholomew and Sophie. And then there’s the Chihuahua-Poodle mix *deep breath*: His Royal Majesty King Tedward, First Of His Name, Fluffernut of the Realm, the Raised Ear of Wisdom, the Lowered Ear of Mercy, Ruler of the Beige Sofa, Keeper of the Stainless Steel Bowl, Wearer of the Collar of Blue With Cheeseburger Motif, Devourer of Ridiculously Expensive Kibble, Barker At The Bay Window, Vanquisher of Stuffies, Marker of All Trees and Hydrants, Sovereign Snuggler, Monarch of the Fenced Yard and Burrower Beneath Any Blankets, Comforters, or Pillows He Can Find, Especially On Laundry Day. Fun Facts: I currently live a very gypsy-esque life since hubs is a truck driver. The dogs and I ride along most of the time. We are planning a move to Tennessee in a couple of years. The landscape cant be beat. My mare resides with an incredible friend of mine while we finish these last couple years of driving across this beautiful country. The end goal is to have a small farm to include another horse, goats, and poultry, and a couple cattle, and possibly a few alpacas (they have wonderful fiber that spins a gorgeous yarn!).

First horse: Leased a horse a few years ago and had the chance to buy her. She's a 12 year old AQHA mare that is my heart horse.

Favorite thing about the game: great community that loves to help each other. I also love learning about the genetics and the possibilities there are with breeding.

Something you dislike: There are a few things but I don't want to add negativity :)

Favorite drink: Tea. I'm in the south so sweet tea is the best (half and half really).

Pets: I have a 2yr old APHA filly (currently in training for western pleasure), 12 yr old AQHA mare, 12 yr old APHA gelding, 2 Dalmatians, 1 English Springer Spaniel, 3 cats (2 females and 1 male)
