What Is So Special About him?
-
I finally decided to ask what makes him so special. He has tested superior to every 3G A papered stud I have had in my barns. I have only come as close to aga. I have even bought younger studs hoping to find a superior 3G. Makes me worried about the day he crosses the Rainbow Bridge. Am I just lucky with him? And should I settle for an aga when he passes. I know I have time but I still worry.

Probably a very high A! Maybe try comparing him to a 4G A or a 3 or 4G star if you have one?ISO any and all Silver Pocket Watches!

I have a G2 like that. I think there is just a point where you won’t get a superior. At least you know the AGA are just as good and you can use one of them to continue your lines.♡ ID #23495 ♡

@Lallyhop He tests as good as my 4G A. And my 4G has won quite a few awards.

Nice! I wouldn't be surprised if he was within only a few percentage points of star papering. :DISO any and all Silver Pocket Watches!

Like Goobanni said, when he starts to get older you should probably consider getting an AGA sire to replace him when he ages out. But AGA is fine, especially for such a stunning boyProducer of Volcanic Glass Drafts. Lapisobsidianus.

You know at least the Stars are superior to him, even if they don't test superior. Keeping one of them would be better than nothing. Once you get a couple of Stars from him, I'd snip all the A's!Thanked by 1Xceptional

The good part is, you can clone him or you can always boost a foal of his to be superior!Specializing in W8, W3 & Kit M Cream & Pearl draft horses.

I think what gives him that major boost at being a 3g, is that his grandsire is a B papered foundation. Expro foundies tend to be aga 2g benchmarks. So your boy at 3g is more of a 4g stallion as he had that boost. I've had a similar problem with my 4g stallions since they had a expro foundie somewhere in their line. Taking this one for example, he's pretty much beaten every 4g stallion I've compared him to bar two since I've had him.

These two are the only ones who have compared AGA him in the 14 months he's been created.
