Admin please help
  • I merged my Heavenlyhooves 1,2 accounts several months ago. At that time I canceled the premium upgrade for my HeavenlyHooves2 account. Something happened and it didn't cancel. I just noticed I've been paying for 2 premium upgrades for the same account. What if anything can we do about this? Please let me know.

  • I suggest that you visit PayPal and cancel the payment for the second account there as well as here in game. The fact that you have merged that account and canceled the second upgrade will only register in-game, not at PayPal.

    It would help, probably if you remember the date in the month when that account's fee was withdrawn.

  • I absolutely agree with SandyCreek. I will let Ammit know about it, but if you need to stop payments from Paypal to H&J, it is Paypal you need to talk to.

  • I did cancel through paypal both times and again yesterday. Just wanted to ask admin what can be done about the 3-4 months of double bills.
