Alan Walker just put out a new song you could check out :D

And hmm, I'm not sure if this counts but I could share the (very rough) draft of chapter one of the book me and my roommate are working on - plenty of revisions still to be done, of course, but it's a few pages worth of reading. All told we're just a few thousand away from our 80k mark!

I just watched two Sand Hill Cranes chase a golfer around the pond in my backyard. It was quite amusing watching a grown man screaming at them that he just wanted his golf ball and he was sorry. He was eventually "rescued" by his friend in their golf cart. The birds are now doing the dance Sand Hill Cranes do. I think they're celebrating their victory.

My 3 yo little boy just came out of his room saying he found a snake. Of course, I look at him and say there isn’t a snake in your room. Keep in mind, I had just been in his room half an hour ago vacuuming. But he is insisting about a snake. So I go into his room, look all around, don’t see one. I turn to walk out and he starts yelling about the snake under his bed. I turn back around, and I find a fluffy black “snake”....my cats tail. =))

I got so tired of driving 7.5 hours to see my sister I talked her into moving in with me. Haven't killed her yet.

Lol! I've driven the trip from Texas to Idaho twice now, and ridden it a few more times than that, and every time I keep telling myself to sleep in the car and every time I end up way more awake than I should be, and just sleeping hard afterwards instead :))

I really, really don't like driving at night but I'm okay with it in the day, lol - but either way I'm not a huge fan of cars. As soon as you stop to think about hundreds of probably-unqualified people each in complete control of hundreds of pounds of metal hurtling down the pavement at dangerous speeds, your brain starts going "nope" pretty hard =))
