I only have two at risk of aging out this year somehow, but one of them is this beautiful lady @Cheers so kindly gifted me when I was just beginning, one of the many reasons I fell in love with not just this game, but its community. I'll be very sad to see her go.

@Maribo Oh wow, those are gorgeous. Have you thought about replacing that Yule Log since macchiato is still out for two days, or do you already have a replacement? (Not that it can ever replace the sentimental value, of course).

@Lallyhop I have absolutely no chance to do that right now, sadly :/ We need new winter tires, and we are still paying off the last of our credit cards after the wedding in june. lol. But someday I will! I am saving up IVs on server 1 to make my dream horse, so if I get a little something to spend I will probably get some shiny for that horse ;)

I know the game tends to take horses that are older, but has anyone ever lost a horse that was "young" in game terms. Since as most of us know, horses can pass at any age. Just curious, and I don't just mean foals with lethal white syndrome... I bred one of those last year accidentally. :(

@OakBranch In this game, horses aren't at risk of aging out until their rollover from 17 to 18 years of age (and every rollover after that). Until then, you never have to worry about losing a horse unless you auction it off or sell it back to the game.

I haven't been playing long enough to start losing horses that I bred or generated myself yet, but I am a little anxious about this lady -- I bought her during the ATA elder horse sale last May. She's 22 now, and has been rewarding my optimism with 100+ hb every day since.

I have 570 at risk. Two I will really miss my first gen 4 star stallion and my oldest show horse at 25 that I got from Cheers - my sentimental favorite. Good ole Itchy dog. I missed his brother Flea Bite Dermatitis in the auction. Still regret that. Cheers had the best names.

Both of my Axiom foundations are at risk. Axiom was the first gene I ever bought into.

I'm still "young" in the game but I bought this lovely hom pearl mare several months ago and love the foals I have from her but I completely forgot to pull her from pasture this season to collect eggs, so I'm hoping she hangs around at least another season.

Luckily I'm only potentially losing 70 horses but my "twins" might be passing :-(
I created them the same day and they looked nearly identical. Ever since then I kept them the way they were (usually I reroll similar horses) it's been fun watching how their varnish changed them at different speeds

I am up to lose 77 horses total, 33 breeding and 44 show ponies. Of course I will miss them all but here two I'll miss the most.

This is my foundation grullo splash tobiano. He is the one who inspired me to start a line of these guys. Everybody from that line descended from him. I have collected straws but I will still miss him.

The other one is my last offspring from the very first horse I created in the game, Rainbow of Dreams. I wish I had kept more foals from her. This girl turned out to be a great show pony bringing in 90hbs a day.

I stand to lose 100. Most are show horses, but a good bit are 2g snowflake mares from some of the first snowflake stallions on the game. I hope this girl hangs on. She is 28 and by Cheers' old stallion CognacDiamond.

I pulled mine up to see and was surprised to see this guy on there. I won him in a game contest after playing for only a few days. I didn’t even know what a RS was at the time! I remember being so surprised at the generosity of the players in this game... so different from the others I had played in the past!

30ish thousand a night? But I still make over 460k per night so I won’t feel that hit very much. I’m trying to get to 500 a night though just for the fun of it!

I lost 316 and about 30K of show bonus. I am also aiming for 500K daily. I do not think I will get it this month. Maybe next month?

I lost 15k in showing bonus and my oldest horse. Zuper White.

I even had a night mare. I was dreaming that I signed on to this game and a message popped up that someone killed me! Ah. So then all my horses were dispersed at a sale and I had to start all over again. So glad that was just a dream...

I lost 10k a night. I had reached 100k a night yesterday, so i's not too bad, but it was kinda cool to be up there. I lost several old favorites among the mares and my splash m foundation, but things will continue.
