Tattoos

I have not created a tattoo for my horses/stable. I have removed a few from some I have puchased, and it shows me a blank square as an available tattoo. I tried to create a tattoo once, but was unsuccessful (used my phone). Now I can not create one at all with the tattoo manager, why is that?

Edit the one that is the blank box that is your free tattoo slot. Every other tattoo slot is 10k hbs each.
