Go-betweens are allowed by Ammit as long as it isn't you, yourself, and you. The idea behind the "blocking associated accounts that are not level 5" was to stop people from selling their own stock to their own basic or free accounts. It is not a flawless system, though, so sometimes the system inadvertently blocks two humans who are different people that happen to have a shared ISP or cell provider. When this happens, you are allowed to find a third party to help you out.

However, it is a tedious workaround, and always awesome when the admin team offers to help out! Especially in this situation, where I bought several horses in one transaction.

Also, FYI to the world of HaJ, we are allowed to transfer our own horses between two PREMIUM accounts. Ammit has also clarified that this is okay. (I asked for clarification when I started playing with a second premium. A bunch of times. I was probably kind of annoying about it.)
