Game Being Slow? Bug?

I'm not sure if this is a bug or not, but this game, and this game only...is extrememly slow. I haven't checked it on another device, but it's so slow, it often gives me the "session timed out" screen. It's taking messages ages to send, horses images seem to load the normal amount of time, if I can even get the page itself to finish loading. I often have to close the entire page and reopen HaJ on a new tab. I also have 20+ tabs open (I'm not sure if that's playing into the issue; it didn't do it on my old phone). I don't know what to do about the slow, and the moods I've been in recently, I'm slowly giving up on even trying anymore with how to fix this. :(Love,

For your end, you may try clearing your browser cache and restarting your system to see if it can speed it up a bit. What phone do you have?ISO any and all Silver Pocket Watches!

I only play on a computer so I don't have any smart phone specific answers, but it may be that you have too many tabs open. Today was the day that pastures were automatically bred, so lots of players may have been opening foal pages and moving foals around so that the server and the image generator was busier than normal.
Sometimes it helps to clear the cache on a device to improve speed.

I am having the same problem. I did clear everything. and it is still happening. I have tried Firefox and Chrome and it is happening on both. And my laptop is only a month old.

What model phone do you have, Spry? You can look up instructions.
It’s also possible that the game is just having trouble today (or in general maybe getting a bit big for the servers), especially as Sandycreek mentioned with the auto-pasture breeding today.ISO any and all Silver Pocket Watches!

Someone posted on the Facebook page the other day saying it was being slow. Ammit checked and said that there was no actual slowness and it must have been that persons phone that needed to have the cache cleared.
A few other people also were complaining of slowness.
I’ve noticed the last 2 days at times going from barn to barn mine is sometimes slow but after a few minutes it’s fine and back to normal.Breeding liver chestnut drafts that carry snowflake and kp.
Also breeder of mushroom, watercolour, chinchilla, splash m, wrong warp and thunderstruck.
Horses generally always available.

Somehow, my phone had maybe half the things that site said. So, I searched, too, and figured out how to clear my browsers Cache and Cookies and such. But still, thank you. Let's hope this helps it.Love,

I have been having the same issues with the site on and off over the last few days over various devices and computers and forms of internet.
I am not sure what I need to do to speed things up. I have cleared my cache on every device I have tried.

No not cache. I said they might have a hung session. It seems some people had some slowness yesterday but it did not appear as any database issues and was only for some people. Not clue what the issue was.

It seems there was an internet provider issue on the East coast. They have been working in it. It has been causing internet issues and possible server problems. If you have Frontier as a provider, you may be experiencing problems. I don't know if it is what is causing the issues here or not, but it's possible.

Google Fi is a cell provider ;). I have them too. If you go over 14 GB they will slow your data access, but otherwise you shouldn't have an issue. (It's how we used the internet while traveling all summer.) As far as I know, they aren't having an issue right now. I haven't had an email or call.
Frontier is an internet and other service provider. (Wi-fi at home or a business, cable, phone, etc.) -
