My guess would be 5k minimum, but with the hom pearl, hom sty, and hom lp you could get more for them. At the end of the day he is your handsome boy and you could ask anything you wanted for them.
I would love some straws from him sometime

I personally would charge 5k for straws from that guy. I typically decide on price by think what the maximum amount I would be willing to spend on something like that is.

For me, I’ve found 5k tends to be a nice number when the genes are shiny and GMT work has been done, sometimes 10k on the more expensive and harder to get ones, 5k on anything closed. For example, my macchiato’s straws sell decently well at 5k, while my hom snf FF stud Snowy Knight’s straws have been very popular at 10k (because snowflake is dang expensive, plus he’s hom DP being a FF, and I removed the frame).

A general rule of thumb is to pay attention to supply and demand - snowflake was super popular last season, DP is sort of always in demand at different levels but was especially crazy in May (couldn’t snag a dark chestnut herd helper after it had been up more than a handful of hours because it would have been used up, while after seeing a snowflake create last month it was all the expro appy herd helpers snatched up) - and then take that to alter your prices a bit.

Yule Logs tend to have a pretty steady popularity, so that’s a point in your favor, and pearl tends to appeal to a lot of people as well. I think you’d definitely be safe asking 5k.
