Well, unless they’re foundation (which most people probably won’t part with except for crazy big amounts of hbs) you won’t be able to GMT anything the parents don’t have, remember.

Also keep in mind that ice 9 and 13 are both closed. That means you have to have a license to purchase them, which your account doesn’t have. You’ll have to wait for them to go on sale in order to get the license before you’ll be allowed to buy any of them.

Before GMT’ing anything you should plug the horses genetics into the search and adjust different genes until most of the horses popping up are the colour/ look you like.

It’s an expensive endeavour if you aren’t exactly sure what your going for and once you know what you want you may be able to find a create that has more genes in common with your dream pony to reduce the overall price.
