How to post picture on forum?

Hey, I still haven't figured this out. How can you post a horse's picture in the forum discussions? Thanks.

I have Window's 10, and Internet Explorer. I am not sure if it is different for any other computers. But on my laptop, this is how I do it below.
Go to the horse's page you want to post the picture of.
Right click on the actual picture, the box that pops up, it should have 'copy picture' in it. Left click the 'copy picture.' Not just 'copy' but 'copy picture.'
Then come back to the forum here. In the box for 'Write Comment' there is a tab right under 'Preview' of a photo. Left click the tab, you will see a link, with some quote marks in the middle. put your curser in the middle of those quote marks, and right click. Click 'Paste' and then when you 'Post Comment' your picture will show up.
