How do you create a new foal it won't let me

What is the message it gives you?

Are you trying to use the Create a Horse page to create a horse as a foal (they are termed "Yearling" there) or to breed a mare and a stallion to produce a new foal? If the second is what you are having problems with, have you read the Breeding Info page? There is a link to it near the bottom of the left hand menu.De gustibus non disputandum.
