Not sure if it’s because it’s the weekend, if something isn’t working sitewide, or if it’s just glitching out, but I’m sitting at basic and my premium is nowhere to be found, even though it should have automatically been paid yesterday.

Haven’t touched any settings, it worked last time, and I was able to purchase GMTs yesterday so that’s fine.

Should I try and repurchase premium? Sit and wait? I’ve already logged out and back in again, as well as looking to see if for some reason it got deactivated on the game end, but nothing.

And I just noticed (possibly related?) that when I went to sell a straw it somehow looks as if all my straws now have an expiration date of five years, at least if that’s what the number 5 after the number of straws means. I certainly hope not, as I don’t recall anything about basic accounts having forced expiration dates on their straws, but I’m not sure what else the number would be.

Is it through your bank account? Or a debit/cc? I noticed mine wasnt going through with my bank account even though that's what I've been using since April. So I had to add a debit to get my upgrade back

@Amgr1992 Debit card. Glad to know I’m not the only one having troubles, though. I’ll see if Paypal is complaining about my card for any reason.

@Amgr1992 Weird. Nope, no nothing on my end, at least what I can see in Paypal. What’s even weirder is that I was able to buy GMT tokens yesterday just fine, like I normally do, no difference.

Yeah I was told it was a problem with paypal. Paypal said it wasnt. I didnt feel like digging more into it. So I just bought a new card. I'd been using my bank account since January when i joined, hopefully now there will be no problems!

It seems to have just processed today. Perhaps there was a delay because of the weekend (though I don’t recall that having been an issue in anything else I’ve used Paypal for).
Either way, it’s all cleared up now, so we’re all good, thanks! :)
