I MIGHT be able to scrounge up the funds for one more new gene, but i CANNOT decide which one.. i really love them both. Whats everyone elses opinion? If i can afford it, should i get wrong warp or chinchilla? Im really loving the way wrong warp looks, but i dont know..

I personally like the chinchilla more but really you should pick whichever you think you would get the most enjoyment from

Honestly... Wrong Warp scares me, the way it looks... (I can't explain it)... I just feel like I'm gonna have nightmares every time I see it...

I *might* be getting chinchilla soon... *Might*...

If you like your fantasy genes it looks like wrong warp is going to go some really cool places, especially combined with the other fantasy genes. The things people are coming up with are wicked and so different. I find it a bit overwhelming personally.

I am in love with cinchilla but it is all up to you.

Wrong warp is going to do neat stuff with almost everything but chinchilla is a tiny bit more limited since all ee horses are going to look the same.

Do searches on both and see the variety out there and go with whichever moves you more. :)

I agree. I love that there could be so many different patterns and markings on the wrong warp horses, but chinchilla horses are beautiful as well.. :-S

So wrong warp doesnt need to be homozygous to show, but chinchilla does? If so, i think its settled. If i do have the funds, i am For SURE getting wrong warp.

I bought both genes in hom form.

This was a Bone Fire mare, I added Tobi afterward because her WW wasn't showing without it.

@NowandForever, is it the sty that is giving your girl that nice smokey topline or was she DP also? I love that it shows a bit more of the brindle and am thinking about trying to add sty to my mare.

I don't think she was DP but I'm not very good at picking it out on Bays yet. I think she's just hom Sooty. I wonder if that is caused by her Brindle because she was quite stripey. I might have to go and search the Chinchilla horses and see if anybody else is a brindle.

I know right? Im pretty stoked also haha. Chinchilla looks soo pretty, especially on silver horses with dapples ;D
