I ran a search in case you picked he wrong horse, but nothing, not even this guy.

There's a known issue of het nexus and axiom not appearing right now Ammits working on it, I would imagine since wrong warp is a nexus gene perhaps that is the issue here as well? Unless you bought hom and then it could just be taking Ammit a moment to add it to the horse as she does hand add the new gene

I am in a PM discussion with Ammit about a similar issue I have had with a purchase of chinchilla for a horse on July 1 that has not yet received it. Ammit has replied that "That order was placed on server 1. It can't have been purchased for a horse on HJ2." So it appears there may be an occasional glitch in the reporting of which version of the game is the originating one.

I have double checked. A search of my horses on HaJ 1 that color test chinchilla returns one entry, the stallion for whom I purchased the gene on June 30. I also have no HaJ 1 horse with the same name as the one I'd like it put in this version. There is no other horse in my HaJ 2 stable that appears on a search for chinchilla horses here.

I know Ammit is very busy, so my decision is to wait patiently for a further response from her.

Your issue may not be exactly the same as mine, of course, but I thought my experience might have some bearing on yours. I do know that Ammit is always ready to make corrections for things that have gone awry as she is able.

Ammit discovered that I mistakenly placed my order from HaJ1 for the horse that already had his copies of chinchilla. Sigh. My brain no longer works as well as it once did, I'm afraid.

Things are now straightened out. She was able to check exactly which horse the orders were made for and so was able to pin down what must have happened. That information was not included in my PayPal records.

Yesterday Ammit posted this in the gene ordering discussion:

I have no pending gene orders in my in box. If yours has not shown up I don't have your order and you will need to send me a PM.

I recommend being very detailed in listing what you are seeing. The one difference between us is that Chinchilla was still grayed out on my home page for HaJ2. Now it's not.

The issue was found. Order was for the wrong horse. :D
