Where are the newest herd helpers posted within the new daily file? On mobile and on the full site?
First page, last page? Top or bottom?
Sometimes I can see the time posted but it's nowhere near the time zone I'm on, so I've never figured out where the new ones post first.. when I refresh the page the top ones never change on the full layout, sometimes they do on the mobile.. I think.. and sometimes the first ones are already used up, and sometimes it's the last ones.. can someone explain in laymen's terms what the deal is with this new file thing.. cause I must be suffering from brain lapse on figuring this one out.. it's been so long.. lol =))
