My eyes were bigger than my barn capacity, as far as keeping yearlings from last season. My plan was to keep pretty much all of them, but well, you know how that goes.
But, I'd like to keep a lot of them around so I can evaluate their dams, so I thought I would offer them for 1k (cost of breeding & PT). They are all performance tested and I offered ones who tested 11 or higher, and some are very shiny.
These are primarily for new players but my definition of new players in this instance is pretty relaxed, so if you'd like to pick up a couple, feel free, unless you've got 20 barns full of good show horses already. The only thing I ask is that you not yum or auction them... sell them back to me if you decide you don't want them (I don't know why you wouldn't).
They are on offer to my buddy list to make this easier. If you'd like to pick up a couple and you're not on my buddy list, message me and I'll add you. Please limit two per customer to give everyone a chance to get some good tested show babies.
I am still adding more so if they've run out, check back. I'm slowly making a little breathing room in my barns.Thanked by 1Ammit -

Such a nice idea Abbey, I think I might do something along this idea if you don't mind.Thanked by 1Abbey Road

Of course not, share share share! :)

Abbey if you are really pinched for space, I could take a bunch for my Adoption barn. Just let me know. I will hold them/adopt them out in the spirit you have expressed, and in the mean time they would be on auto train and auto show...
-
That'd be great Cheers... so far I have no takers.
Y'all, come get some show ponies that are sure to rack up a bunch of points for you! -
So, I thought they weren't for sale, but then I checked a personal page. :P
-
I will pull a bunch tonight when I get home! Adopt, Don't Shop, people!Thanked by 1mabelhavana

Yeah Rose, they're on buddy, so the list won't look like they're for sale.
-
I took most of them! If I need to grab the rest let me know please. I grabbed a 120 stall barn and will work on filling it with Adoptables this week...

How do u know a horse will show good when they are young and unproven?
-
They have high PT scores, which measures their potential for showing. On top of that, they've been altered, which means that when they train, they will train twice or thrice as well. :) There's still a certain amount of luck involved, of course, but they'll certainly get to higher levels than foundations. :)Thanked by 1Abbey Road

Altered horses train up faster but don't train more often.

Thanks Cheers!
There are still a few left, guys, but if they're not on my link above you can search the "available for adoption" tattoo. Please take advantage of this, I want you to adopt them! Don't be shy.
Also, if you're looking to build a show string, I recommend going to the search page and looking at auction horses. In the "advanced sort" window you can search "all time points". There are a handful of horses in the auction today who already have upwards of 400 points. That means INSTANT money for your weekly bonus. If you hunt auctions and sales for those horses on a regular basis, and pick up or breed some high PT horses who have been showing, your stable will be self sufficient pretty quickly. Sometimes PT'd horses show up there too, so check that as well, but any horse who is upper generation sired by an A or *Star stallion should have a decent PT. Don't just focus on breeding.. adopt AND shop. ;)
And if you didn't see the post before, you can feel free to breed to my *Star stallion Gilded Cage. He has no restrictions on generation so if you breed your foundation mare to him, you should get some pretty high PT foals.

Good luck!

Thanks for the auction reminder, Abbey. I put bids on several. Heaven knows I need them!
