there is a formula you can use to find out the rough daily output a horse gives you but i can remember it.
the way it goes up is through training and showing if youre a free account that means training and showing by hand. to train a horse you go to the drop down section and click 'showing' then 'train my horses'.
you can train a horse once a week and then show it, twice per week i think, this will mean youre horse can rise through the ranks and gain points. the more points it has the higher its daily input to your daily income. your horse will move up faster if it is spayed or gelded, hence why there are lots of posts about building a large show herd (i think its about 3-4 non-breedable horses to every breeder is whats recomended). there are some people here who have so many show horses that their daily income is over 100000hbs! @-)

The formula for the showing bonus in this version of the game is:

The total number of show points your horses have gathered times .75, divided by 7 to get the daily payout. If you're not selling a lot of high show point horses, your stable's daily showing bonus payout will increase a bit every time you show your horses, so it won't necessarily be the same every day of the week, depending on what days you show them on.

For my stable, at this moment that would be 1,358,209 points times .75 = 1,018,656.7 divided by 7 = 145,522.38. Rounded off, that makes 145, 522 hajibucks daily. Ah, the benefits of hoarding 2,819 horses most of them not in pastures or the primary barn. :D

You can check on how many points a horse has gathered in a show by going to the records page and clicking on the name of a recent show. This takes you to a page that lists all the horses in that show, who their owners are, where they placed, what the cash payout was, and how many show points were awarded to each horse. Because of the memory requirements, only the two most recent shows can be checked this way.

P.S. For new players, horses are created with varying numbers of points as well. This is a new thing to help new players. That benefit (horses created with point) ends once you have gathered more than 20,000 points.
